Please call us at 317-688-5900 to schedule your consultation, schedule online or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
Expect a warm welcome and comfortable surroundings. You will be greeted by a member of our staff and asked to complete a series of standard forms. If you like, you can print and complete the forms (just to the right) prior to your appointment.
You’ll then be led to a nearby consultation and treatment room where you’ll have the opportunity to discuss your questions and thoughts with Dr. Kunz. He and his staff will put you at ease, listening and advising you with compassion. It isn’t out of the ordinary to share a few laughs at this stage—a signature way to keep things casual and comfortable—but only if you’re along for the ride. This is your time and first and foremost, we’re here to provide you with an exceptional experience.
Your consultation will last anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour. During this time, we’ll review your information, examine your area(s) of interest, and may take photos to provide an objective visual aid to our discussions and a potential barometer for results.
Depending upon the duration of your consultation, and the treatment(s) you desire and discuss, we may be able to treat you immediately following your consultation. In many cases, you will be asked to schedule a follow-up appointment at your convenience.
You will want to discuss with Dr. Kunz any pre-procedure or pre-treatment preparations, and what to expect during and after each procedure or treatment, such as potential discomfort, redness, swelling, and/or recovery or downtime if any.
Patients are seen by appointment Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 10am to 5pm at our office in the Indiana University North Hospital, suite 270.
