Layout can be either way here, but in order to get the square colored bullet points enter some text, highlight the whole text, click the bulleted list icon in the wysiwyg toolbar. It should give you the standard black dot for the bullet. With the text still highlighted go to the Formats drop down, look for List Styles and select square. Hit enter and keep adding, Or just enter all your content for the bullet list, highlight the whole thing, click bulleted list, Formats, List Styles, square.
